B.

Consider authorizing an agreement with Morrison Builders, Inc. for the temporary use of the City’s right-of-way adjoining their building at 223 West Main Street.

C.

Consider replacement of sidewalk on the south side of the 200 block of West Main Street for ADA Compliance.
