Consider a request from Matcor to block streets for the ALS 5K.

Consider placement of signage along the roadway directing the public to the Independence Labette Emergency Room.

Consider adopting an ordinance authorizing the City to tow abandoned, non-registered, junked, wrecked or incapable of moving vehicles.

G.

Consider Supplemental Agreement with PEC for Surveying Services.

III.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

A.

Public Hearing to consider condemnation of 905 W. Sycamore Street.

B.

Public Hearing to consider condemnation of 221 S. 15th.

IV.

ITEMS FOR COMMISSION ACTION

A.

Consider setting the date for a public hearing to consider condemnation of an apartment complex at 1701 N. 10th Street on October 24, 2018 at 5:30 p.m.

B.

Consider approving the 2018 ADA final design and permission to have TranSystems bid the project.

C.

Consider authorizing a branded aviation dealer agreement with Phillips for aviation fuel sales and acceptance of a grant for upgrading the fuel farm.
