[ARCHIVED] Complete Count Committee Training

The City is hosting a Complete Count Committee training session on Friday, February 7, 2020 starting at 9:30 AM in the Civic Center, Memorial Hall, 410 North Pennsylvania Avenue.

According to a presentation by the League of Kansas Municipalities, if one home is missed approximately $5,2466.40 per year and $52,466.40 for ten years would be lost in federal spending programs such as:
• Medicaid, Medicare, & State Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
• Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP)
• Highway Planning & Construction
• Head Start
• CDBG Entitlement Grants
• Cooperative Extension Service
