Begin preparing your co-application with a partnering neighbor within line of sight.
Ensure your property meets eligibility criteria, such as being located in a Neighborhood Revitalization district or being valued at under $100,000 or rated as an Average Minus or below by Montgomery County records; Additional requirements such as not being in a floodplain and having all your city utility bills and taxes up to date must also be met.
