Purpose
The Park Board is responsible for park planning and development, working with the
Recreation Commission on the Park and Recreation Plan, recommending the annual park improvements, and reviewing park policies. In addition, Board members play an integral role in planning and promoting Park and Zoo events like Park Opening,
Zoolloween, and Christmas in the Park.
