Purpose
The Planning Commission is responsible for making recommendations to the City Commission regarding rezoning, conditional use permits and platting. The Board of Zoning Appeals is responsible for considering variances. Resources utilized by these boards include the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Ordinance.
