Due to the forecast for continued inclement weather this weekend, the Shift S3ctor organization has canceled plans for its “2019 Kansas Airstrip Attack” scheduled Saturday and Sunday at the Independence Municipal Airport.
The company will reimburse anyone who has purchased tickets for the event.
Event organizers and City of Independence leaders are discussing options for rescheduling the races later this year. More information will be provided when it becomes available.
