If you have issues completing the online form, a paper application can be filled at this link: Library Board Paper Application Applications are due by 5 PM, September 18, 2020 in the City Manager’s Office. Applications can be dropped off with the Clerk’s Office staff at City Hall or dropped in one of the payment drop boxes. Please address the envelope to the City Manager’s Office.
