Resident Statement

Never let it be said that I'd rather be dead than live in an old folks home.
The Lord gave me so many days to mend my ways he will let me know when it's done.
We here in Penn Terrace may be tired and feeble and old, but God be my witness these people here at Penn Terrace have a heart of gold.
We aren't throw aways from our families, we came here on our own.
We feel safe and secure in our little apartments and will stay until God calls us home.
We have entertainment of all kind, the beautiful music will sooth our mind.
So come on down to Penn Terrace to visit your loved ones, no better people will you find.
When you visit Penn Terrace give all these great people a big smile, because one of these days there's a very good chance this will be your home for awhile.
Now I don't question the reason we get old and feeble and I really don't want to know why, so I will be happy in my two room apartment until God calls me home to that beautiful Penn Terrace in the sky.
